The Cradle Through College Coalition (C2C) includes a broad range of organizations and individuals committed to the education continuum from early learning through higher education. We believe that moving Washington forward requires a focus on equity – on raising the bar and closing
the gaps. Together, we call on state policymakers to utilize C2C’s principles as they craft a state budget and policies that improve outcomes for Washington students.
